Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale or Clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or customized products.

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us if you need an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
